TDS Advisory Board Meeting for the 2025–2026 Fall Semester Held

The Advisory Board Meeting of the Medical Documentation and Secretarial Studies (TDS) Program for the 2025–2026 Fall Semester was successfully held online on 5 January 2026. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Mehmet Gülşen, Program Coordinator of the TDS Program, and conducted via the Baunmeet platform.

During the meeting, the current status of MEDEK and quality–accreditation processes was reviewed, and discussions were held on the revision of program educational objectives and program learning outcomes. In addition, key performance indicators were addressed, and proposed updates to the summer internship directive and summer internship forms were evaluated. Improvement areas were identified based on stakeholder feedback and recommendations.

The meeting, enriched by the valuable contributions of the Advisory Board members, produced significant outcomes in terms of continuous program improvement, enhancement of educational quality, and strengthening graduate competencies. The session concluded with a general evaluation and the collection of recommendations.
